Documentation FAQ
01Do all my documents need to be translated into Czech?
Most official documents require certified Czech translation and MEA apostille. Our team coordinates both processes for you.
02How much financial proof do I need to show?
The amount depends on your programme length and university, typically covering tuition plus living costs for one year. Your counsellor will give you the exact figure.
03What if I don't have IELTS?
Many partner universities accept a Medium of Instruction (MOI) certificate from your previous institution instead of IELTS.
04How long does the documentation process take?
Apostille and translation typically take 2–4 weeks. We recommend starting at least 3 months before your intended intake.
05Who prepares my Statement of Purpose?
You write it, and our counsellors review, structure and refine it to meet Czech university expectations.
